An E·Z Breathe® unit installed in a basement is ideal for drying out humidity often found in basements and crawlspaces. This state‑of‑the‑art ventilation system draws the moist, cool air into the bottom of the unit then expells the air using a quietly powerful fan. An area of decreased pressure at the lower level is created, causing the warmer, drier air from the upper levels to be drawn downstairs. The result is a basement that mold cannot grow in, humid air evenly distributed throughout the home, and a reduction in heat loss.
